I am currently a Ph.D. student at the University of California, San Diego, where I work under the supervision of Dr. Claire Acevedo. I previously earned my M.S. in Bioengineering (Honors) from the University of Kansas, advised by Dr. Jiwoong Choi and Dr. William Brooks, and my B.S. in Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, advised by Dr. Hyun Soo Park. My research interests focus on physics, medical imaging and AI, spanning synchrotron microCT analysis of bone marrow, coronary angiography, and quantitative CT pipelines that integrate registration, deep learning, and statistical modeling. More recently, I am very interested in self-supervised learning (SSL).
